A great video about ideology / storytelling

One thing I like about this video is that Chimamanda is a great storyteller. We should be taking notes just on her formal skills as a speaker! Also the stuff that she is saying — the points she is actually making, I thought were similar to some of the stuff that came our of our group work on the relationship between stories, ideology, identity, stereotypes etc.

Do you remember we watched this clip from Marxist-Psychoanalytical philosopher Slavoj Zizek? We never got a chance to chat about it so go ahead and post comments if you have something to say. Someone once called him the 'rockstar of philosophy.' I like him because he is interested in pretty much everything and is very entertaining to watch.
